We’re looking for a Client On-boarding Experience Domain specialist to:

  • Provide subject matter expertise on the end-to-end client customer onboarding processes which includes but not limited to KYC, client risk profiling and due diligence, sanctions, address validation, and negative news.
  • Assess new technologies in the customers onboarding space, perform comparative analysis of capabilities across the vendors/solutions, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders on leading practices and technologies for consideration
  • Develop use cases and create MVPs (minimum viable product) for the vendors with solutions in the customer onboarding space
  • Document process maps as it relates to platform integrations
  • Develop and manage changes on our client’s suite of client lifecycle platforms for WM US to promote digitally orchestrated client onboarding journeys for FAs and end customer
  • Provide business analysis and interpret functional and non-functional requirements to our business stakeholders
  • Work closely with technology and business partners on requirements
  • Ensure business requirements meet regulatory and policy definitions
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and recommend changes, such as document management enabling relevant information to be extracted from documentation and applied to the client profile
  • Contribute specialist knowledge during all phases of development including launch and education

Your expertise:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in Financial Services in the Customer Onboarding experience domain (wealth management sector is preferred)
  • Strong understanding of customer onboarding functionalities and technologies
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Client Onboarding, KYC, Negative News, CID, CDD, sanctions, and other related processes are a must
  • Ability to analyse and present recommendations to senior stakeholders leveraging use case documentation and process maps
  • Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn and adapt, with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative team member with analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
