Technical Recruiter with Financial Services

Key areas of responsibility include:

Full life cycle recruitmentManage effective relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needsFill openings in a timely mannerMaintain a pipeline of qualified candidate for future considerationScreen candidate resumesConduct employment pre-screening interviewsAssist with salary analysis, negotiations, and preparation of offer requestsFollow through to acceptance and start

Requirements: Specific Qualifications (items are required unless noted otherwise):

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR and/or Staffing requiredKnowledge in financial services is requiredAn understanding of full life-cycle recruitingAbility to source and hire candidates with technical and business backgroundsExperience with internet sourcing and posting, career fairs, and various other recruiting sources requiredIndividual must be flexible and be able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environmentThe successful candidate will possess strong organizational, communication (both written and verbal) and networking skills, and will strive to provide valuable and timely customer service to line management and candidates alikeMust be able to interact effectively with all levels of candidates and management
