Technical Recruiter with Financial Services

Key areas of responsibility include:
  • Full life cycle recruitment
  • Manage effective relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
  • Fill openings in a timely manner
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidate for future consideration
  • Screen candidate resumes
  • Conduct employment pre-screening interviews
  • Assist with salary analysis, negotiations, and preparation of offer requests
  • Follow through to acceptance and start
Requirements: Specific Qualifications (items are required unless noted otherwise):
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR and/or Staffing required
  • Knowledge in financial services is required
  • An understanding of full life-cycle recruiting
  • Ability to source and hire candidates with technical and business backgrounds
  • Experience with internet sourcing and posting, career fairs, and various other recruiting sources required
  • Individual must be flexible and be able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • The successful candidate will possess strong organizational, communication (both written and verbal) and networking skills, and will strive to provide valuable and timely customer service to line management and candidates alike
  • Must be able to interact effectively with all levels of candidates and management
